Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Driver Helper in Albert Lea, MN to assist a Route Driver with tire collections from retail locations. You will manually load and stack tires (up to 50 lbs) onto trucks, follow routes, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to load and unload tires up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Teamwork and communication with Route Driver and store staff.
• Adherence to safety procedures during loading and unloading.
• Dependability in following scheduled routes and work hours.
• Clear communication with colleagues and store personnel.
• Attention to detail for proper tire loading and securing.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Route Driver in picking up used tires from retail locations.
• Manually load and stack tires onto the truck, ensuring organization and safety.
• Perform heavy lifting of tires up to 50 lbs as required.
• Ensure adherence to company safety protocols during loading/unloading.
• Assist with truck inspections and keep loading area clear and safe.
• Communicate effectively to ensure timely pickups and routes.
