Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a delivery helper to assist with unloading, quality checks, and delivering products to customer locations. You will rotate stock, ensure perishable items meet standards, and support drivers across routes in a cold warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include communicating with drivers and customers, handling shorts, and performing pre-trip checks while following safety rules. This role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Handcart and electric pallet jack experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow the product delivery schedule.
• Ability to communicate clearly and perform basic arithmetic.

Physical Demands

• Frequent moving of product up to 50 pounds during the shift; infrequent moving up to 80 pounds.
• Must be able to climb on and off the box of the truck.
• Frequent bending, squatting, pushing and pulling.

Work Environment

• Cold warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot weather, rain, and extremely cold temperatures)
