Job summary

Sysco is seeking a dependable delivery support associate to assist delivery drivers with unloading, quality checks, and product rotation at customer locations. You will help drive to multiple sites to support the driver and communicate clearly with customers.

The role requires handling calls for shortages, addressing complaints professionally, and following safety rules, including pre-trip equipment inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly to customers and team members.
• Basic arithmetic ability for deliveries and quantities.
• Understand and follow delivery schedule and product rotation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check the quality products at a customer location, rotate and check the quality of produce.
• Drive to different locations to assist the driver with deliveries.
• Call in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Follow safety rules and perform a pre-trip inspection of equipment.
