Job summary

Augment is seeking a Driver Helper in Tampa, FL to assist the Route Driver with safe, efficient collection of waste and recyclables. The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety rules, and ability to perform labor tasks in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading containers, backing vehicle maneuvers with safety, and communicating customer requests. On-the-job training and safety briefs are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have less than 1 year of related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, background check, and employment verification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Preferred willingness to pursue a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Responsibilities

This position requires strong physical stamina, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to perform essential labor tasks in varying outdoor conditions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to complete each duty satisfactorily.
