Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper to join our delivery team. You will work with a UPS driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses, spending your day outdoors and interacting with customers.

No prior experience is required, and shifts are seasonal with varying schedules including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include assisting with loading and unloading, staying active, and supporting safe, on-time deliveries.

• Sturdy work boots or slip‑resistant shoes for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day‑to‑day scheduling, based on business needs and availability

Ride Along with a Driver as a Seasonal Driver Helper

Looking for a physically active seasonal opportunity in your community? As a Driver Helper, you'll team up with a UPS package delivery driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses. You'll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

This is a seasonal position that requires your flexibility. Work opportunities are offered each morning based on operational needs and your availability. Schedules vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.

When assigned work, you'll meet your driver at a designated pick-up location (meet point), often near your home or within your community. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.
