Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a hands-on loader/unloader in Newark, NJ to load and unload gas cylinders at customer sites, roll cylinders with manual equipment, and assist with shipment paperwork. The role includes maintaining cylinders and supporting daily operations on the route schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload gas cylinders and other products onto and off route trucks at customer sites.
• Roll cylinders and operate manual equipment for movement of cylinders.
• Sort empty cylinders by type.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles, and products and assist with inventory on truck.
• Review customer orders and verify/assist loaded items onto trucks are current.
• Perform basic cylinder maintenance such as painting, labeling, and cleaning of work area.
• Assist with accompanying paperwork for shipments.
• Complete daily and weekly assignments, both routine and non-routine.
