UPS in La Crosse, WI is hiring a Seasonal Driver Helper to team with a UPS driver delivering packages to homes and businesses. You'll spend your day outdoors, interact with customers, and help ensure packages arrive safely and on time. This seasonal role requires flexibility; work opportunities are offered each morning based on needs and availability.

Schedules vary and may include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak periods. Base pay is $18.40 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with deliveries to homes and businesses.
• Interact with customers during the delivery process and help ensure packages are delivered safely.
• Support the driver in route organization and safe handling of packages.
• Meet at a designated pick-up location, often near your home or community.
• Shifts are assigned and communicated via calls/text based on operational needs.

Ride Along with a Driver as a Seasonal Driver Helper

Looking for a physically active seasonal opportunity in your community? As a Driver Helper, you'll team up with a UPS package delivery driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses. You'll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

This is a seasonal position that requires your flexibility. Work opportunities are offered each morning based on operational needs and your availability. Schedules vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.

When assigned work, you'll meet your driver at a designated pick-up location (meet point), often near your home or within your community. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

What you’ll need:
