Job summary

Belmar Integrated Logistics in Denver, CO is hiring a Driver Helper for a graveyard shift Sunday–Friday 9:00pm until finish. You will assist the driver, unload products at customer locations, and help ensure orders are accurate and safe.

This role requires basic arithmetic, clear English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50–80 pounds. You’ll work in a cold warehouse environment and use a dolly to move goods.

Pay: $21 per hour

• Assist the driver by traveling to different locations for deliveries.
• Use a 2‑wheel dolly for unloading.
• Call in when a customer does not receive the entire order (shorts).
• Handle any customer complaints professionally.
• Handle company equipment properly, follow written driver safety rules, and perform a pre‑trip inspection.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check.
• Own reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical Demands

• Frequent moving of product up to 50 pounds during the shift; infrequent moving up to 80 pounds.
• Must be able to climb on and off the box of the truck.
• Frequent bending, squatting, pushing and pulling.

Work Environment

• Cold warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot weather, rain, and extremely cold temperatures).

PPE Required: Steel‑toed shoes.
