Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Driver Helper to support delivery operations in the United States. The role involves lifting up to 80 lbs, loading and unloading on multi-stop routes, and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and scanner records.

You will assist with returns and ensure proper handling of damaged merchandise. You must be able to read and communicate in English, work 8+ hour shifts, and stay prepared for varying weather conditions while prioritizing safety and customer service.

At times weekends and holidays will required* Comfortable working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required* Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred e.g. lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.* Use safe lifting and loading techniques* Great interpersonal/customer service skills* Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.This role may also receive overtime compensation.
