UPS is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper in Cadillac, MI. You will team with a UPS driver to deliver packages to homes and businesses, work outdoors, and interact with customers. You will not drive the brown truck.

Shifts are mornings and vary by business needs, including weekends and holidays. You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, wear sturdy boots, and be authorized to work in the United States. This seasonal role offers weekly pay and a path to future opportunities within UPS.

Ride Along with a Driver as a Seasonal Driver Helper

Looking for a physically active seasonal opportunity in your community? As a Driver Helper, you'll team up with a UPS package delivery driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses. You'll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

This is a seasonal position that requires your flexibility. Work opportunities are offered each morning based on operational needs and your availability. Schedules vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.

When assigned work, you'll meet your driver at a designated pick-up location (meet point), often near your home or within your community. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.

• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work

• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work

This is a seasonal role. A seasonal job is a great place to start at UPS.
