Job summary

SyBridge Technologies Tennessee is seeking a Driver – Heavy Load to support operations with transportation of molds and tooling. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for paid overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will load molds onto trailers, secure loads, and record logs while maintaining open lines of communication with customers. A CDL Class A license and a clean driving record are required; willingness to cross-border is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license required.
• Willingness to cross international borders preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills recommended.
• Ability to operate independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver molds to and from customer locations.
• Load molds onto trailers using an overhead crane.
• Safely secure loads to trailers per US/Canada regulations.
• Record and submit daily driving logs and trip reports.
• Maintain communication with Tennessee logistics team.
• Assist with customer coordination and loading/unloading.
• Hours vary based on schedule and customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver molds to and from customer locations
• Load molds onto trailers using an overhead crane
• Properly and safely secure the load to the trailer adhering to all laws and legislation in Canada and the US
• Record and submit daily driving logs and trip reports
• Maintain communication SyBridge Technologies Tennessee logistics
• Sustain communication with the customer
• Promote SyBridge Technologies Tennessee while loading/unloading at customer facilities
• Hours of work vary greatly due to the schedule of work/customer needs
• Other duties as assigned when required for this position

Qualifications:

• A High school/GED or equivalent
• CDL Class A License required
• A valid passport and the ability to cross the international border is preferred
• Proficient in time management, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines as required
• A clean driving record is required
• Experience Heavy Hauler
