Qualifications

• 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years).
• A great attitude and a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfort with lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Drive: You’ll cruise in our 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Lift & Load: Remove unwanted items from customer properties and load them into the truck.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving every customer with a smile.
• Sales & Negotiation: Assess and quote for junk removal (training and pricing sheets provided).
• Time Management: Manage your day like you're running your own business—smart, efficient, and on-point.
• Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating items wherever possible
