Job summary

Carolina CAT is seeking an experienced Equipment Delivery Driver. Candidates must have an active CDL-A and must have strong customer service skills.

Transportation of company products to and from company and customer locations. This position requires a person who has a customer first attitude, willingness to help and the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with customers and internal employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a NCDOT physical.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of all equipment (Construction, Material Handling, Attachments, Generators, Etc.).
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Active CDL Class A is required and daily computer use is expected.

Responsibilities

• Haul to and from customers and other Carolina CAT store locations.
• Interact with customers and represent the company with top-of-the-line service.
• Operate vehicle and properly tie down equipment per safety standards.
• Overtime and periodic weekend deliveries may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary

Essential Functions

• Duties include hauling to and from customers and other Carolina CATstore locations.
• Interact with customers and represent the Company in the best possible way. Must provide top of the linecustomer service at all times.
• Operate vehicle and tie down equipment properly and to highest safety standards.
• Duties are inclusive to overtime hours and periodic weekend deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have earned a High School Diploma, or a GED
• Must be able to pass a NCDOT physical
• Must have clean driving record, knowledge of all types of equipment, (Construction, Material Handling, Attachments, Generators, Etc.)
• Good communication skills is a must.
• Customer first attitude, willingness to help and the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with customers and internal employees.
• Active CDL Class A
• Must have experience using computers on a daily basis.
