U.S. Xpress, Inc. is seeking a Driver Development Specialist to deliver driver training and development to orientation cohorts.

The role provides classroom, one‑on‑one, and hands‑on instruction while ensuring compliance with Company, Federal, and State regulations. This position supports a learning environment and collaborates with operations to tailor training and monitor progress. Typical hours are Monday–Friday at the SHIPPENSBURG USX TERMINAL; on-site work is required with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering driver training in a trucking environment.
• Ability to conduct classroom and hands-on sessions.
• Familiarity with applicable Federal and State regulations.
