Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable delivery and warehouse associate to support daily operations across stores, suppliers and project sites.

You will drive, deliver, and participate in warehousing duties with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. You will load and unload goods, pick and pack orders, check stock, and maintain inventory organization. Daily vehicle checks and safe driving are required, with adherence to safety rules and traffic regulations.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year of driving and/or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers, suppliers, and project sites safely and on time.
• Collect goods, materials, and documents when required.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced and maintained according to the scheduled maintenance plan.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.
• Assist with receiving, checking, packing, and issuing stock.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Arrange and organize warehouse inventory neatly and safely.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with regular inventory checks.
• Update stock movement records and delivery documents accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Assist with other warehouse or operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
