Job summary

Juniper is looking for Drivers to work with our Landscape/Irrigation Construction teams on high-end landscaping projects. The Drivers will operate company trucks, transport crew members, and ensure safe work practices while delivering beautiful landscapes to our clients.

Ideal candidates should have a valid driver’s license, experience with truck/trailer, and landscaping or irrigation experience. The position offers opportunities for career growth and excellent benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401K, and PTO plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to work outside for long periods.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company truck and transport crew members.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck/trailer.
• Load & unload materials and equipment.
• Work as part of the landscape/irrigation crew on-site.
• Use hand tools and power tools for installations.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Juniper is seeking Drivers to work with our Landscape/Irrigation Construction teams on high-end landscaping projects. Our Drivers perform work with the team on our jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely operating company truck and transporting crew members
• Performing daily vehicle inspections and ensuring truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Loading & unloading materials and equipment
• Working as a member of the landscape and/or irrigation install crew at each work site
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape/irrigation install projects
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements / Skills

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record check
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping or Irrigation experience
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
