The role emphasizes teamwork with staff, proper vehicle inspections, and active participation in activity outings. A Class B/C license with Passenger Endorsement is required, with background checks and health screenings part of the process.

The Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe driving of the community’s vehicles and supervision of the residents during community outings or trips. Additionally, they may assist in setting up and breaking down activities and events in the Community, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.
