Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers with steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Home Time Maximization

Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours per week, supported by analytics to ensure quality home time for drivers and their families.

Loyalty Pay

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, distributed over time
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM; increases with loyalty: $.54 CPM (1 year), $.55 CPM (2 years)

Job Requirements

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
