Job summary

Pacific Supply is seeking Class A or B drivers to deliver building materials using company vehicles and to perform heavy lifting. The role includes loading, unloading, and efficient on-site delivery to jobsites and customers.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid CDL, have a clean driving record, and be willing to participate in company-sponsored training to advance within the driver role. We offer a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL license and a clean driving record.
• Valid CDL permit with a clean driving record and interest in company-sponsored training.
• Career goal of becoming a CDL driver and ability to complete training while working as a material handler.

Responsibilities

• Assist yard personnel in pulling and staging orders, loading trucks, and receiving materials.
• Operate yard equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Expedite loading and unloading of customer and company vehicles.
• Receive and carry out customer order instructions and materials according to the delivery sequence.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers and jobsites.
• Complete pre-jobsite assessment before unloading the company truck at jobsites.
• Deliver materials to jobsites and customers safely and efficiently per safety guidelines.

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for delivering building materials using a company vehicle and requires the candidate have ability to do heavy lifting. Essential qualifications include the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists yard personnel in pulling and staging of inter-company orders, loading of trucks, and the receiving of materials.
• Operates yard equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Expedites the loading and unloading of customer and company vehicles.
• oReceives and carries out customer order instructions, including maps and materials, according to the delivery sequence.
• Ensures timely and efficient delivery to customers and jobsites.
• Completes pre-jobsite assessment prior to unloading company truck at jobsites.
• Delivers material to jobsites and customers in a safe and efficient manner according to safety guidelines established.
