Job summary

Crown Linen, a leading commercial laundry for hospitality, seeks a CDL-A Driver to safely deliver and pick up linens using company vehicles on local routes in Florida. You will verify counts, collect signatures, and uphold DOT safety regulations while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years driving experience, a clean record, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Uniformed appearance and professional conduct are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A license and current DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly punctual, responsible, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A vehicles to deliver and retrieve linen from customer sites on local routes.
• Deliver carts (metros) efficiently and collect signed delivery tickets at each location.
• Reconcile deliveries and pickups to ensure counts match manifests.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and refuel at end of each shift.
• Comply with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professional appearance in uniform.
• Navigate traffic and weather while meeting delivery deadlines.
