Job summary

Pacific Supply is seeking Class A or B drivers to deliver building materials across job sites. The role requires ability to perform heavy lifting and operate yard equipment, including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials to jobsites and customers safely and on schedule.
• Assist yard personnel with loading trucks and staging inter-company orders.
• Operate yard equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Receive and carry out customer order instructions and delivery sequences.
• Complete pre-jobsite assessments before unloading and ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for delivering building materials using a company vehicle and requires the candidate have ability to do heavy lifting. Essential qualifications include the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists yard personnel in pulling and staging of inter-company orders, loading of trucks, and the receiving of materials.
• Operates yard equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Expedites the loading and unloading of customer and company vehicles.
• Receives and carries out customer order instructions, including maps and materials, according to the delivery sequence.
• Ensures timely and efficient delivery to customers and jobsites.
• Completes pre-jobsite assessment prior to unloading company truck at jobsites.
• Delivers material to jobsites and customers in a safe and efficient manner according to safety guidelines established.
