Job summary

Mondelēz International / NABISCO is seeking a Part-Time Driver CDL in Pensacola, FL. The role involves operating a tractor-trailer with CDL-A credentials, performing safety checks, and maintaining logs and receipts as directed by the Route Manager.

Typical hours are 30–32 per week, with shifts starting between 8–9 AM or 11 PM–3 AM, Monday through Saturday. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, a REAL ID or federal ID, and passing drug tests, MVR, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.).
• Completes daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

Possible schedule, but subject to change based on customer demand: Monday to Saturday (any 3-4 days); starting between 8 AM - 9 AM or 11 PM - 3 AM; finishing when work is done; 30-32 hours/week.

Responsibilities and duties

Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to always guarantee safety. Completes daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records. Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

Job Specific Requirements

Must have a CDL-Class A license and have at least 2 years of proven safe driving experience. (Adjusted to the license requested to the role) Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, US passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver's license, US passport, or federal ID to access. Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD). (Adjusted if not required) You must successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check. FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required. What You'll Need as a Driver CDL

• Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers.
• Minimum of one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.
• DOT requirement to check the last 10 years.
• Familiarity with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency in using a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times.
• Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperature.
