Waverly Heights is seeking a CDL Driver to provide reliable transportation for residents and staff in the Gladwyne area. The role runs Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and emphasizes safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CDL and possess a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Waverly Heights offers a friendly atmosphere with strong benefits to support employee well-being and success.

Formación

• Valid CDL license with clean driving record.
• Experience delivering transportation for residents or patients is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Transport residents to appointments, shopping, and events.
• Drive residents to community functions and assist with mobility devices.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and report issues promptly.
• Assist staff by transporting them to the Ardmore Junction as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols during transportation and scheduling.

Waverly Heights is currently seeking a CDL Driver, Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm, who has a passion for driving and a commitment to ensuring the well-being of our residents and staff members. Our Drivers not only provide transportation; they are critical in supporting the independence and safety of our residents. Daily responsibilities include:

• transporting residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other essential destinations, providing a reliable and punctual service
• driving residents to special community functions, enhancing their social interactions and fostering a sense of community
• maintaining an organized schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and departures while accommodating residents' needs
• transporting staff members back and forth from the community and the Ardmore Junction
• upholding safety protocols during transportation, including assisting residents with entering and exiting the vehicle and securing mobility devices
• ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly to ensure safe operation.

This position requires a valid Commercial Driver's License. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
