Job Description Summary

CDL Driver (Class B)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite.
• Drive a flatbed or roll‑back truck in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings.
• Operate safely in tight settings such as construction zones.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with Class B CDL certification and a safe driving record.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience driving, loading, and unloading tools or equipment.
• Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on‑site.
• Customer‑service focused attitude.
• Detail orientation to properly maintain records.
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $22.85 – $34.27 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
