Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Class A CDL Driver to deliver and recover equipment to customer worksites. You will operate a Class A truck on flatbed or RGN/dovetail trailers across varied settings, including construction zones, while ensuring safety and timely service.

Education of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a valid CDL with a clean driving record is required. You will support customers with a service mindset and occasionally perform minor equipment repairs.

Qualifications

Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver’s license with CDL License and acceptable driver's record.
Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment.
Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers.
Customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

Deliver and recover equipment to and from customer worksites.
Operate a Class A CDL truck on flatbed or RGN/dovetail trailers.
Drive in urban, suburban and rural settings, including construction zones.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment and vehicle.

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Class A CDL Driver.

As a Class A CDL driver, you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite. This role will generally drive a Class A truck hauling equipment on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, rural settings. Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones is required.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid Driver’s license with CDL License and acceptable driver's record

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred
Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers
Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites
Customer service attitude

Base Pay Range: $31.13 - 46.69

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
