Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver and recover equipment and supplies to customer worksites. You will drive a Class A truck with flatbed or lowboy trailers in diverse environments, including construction zones, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role involves minor repairs and troubleshooting, with emphasis on reliable, on-time service and adherence to safety guidelines. High school diploma and CDL required, health and retirement benefits available.

Qualifications

Job description

Class A CDL Driver

As a Class A CDL driver, you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite. The role generally involves driving a Class A truck hauling equipment on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in various conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings. The driver must be able to operate safely in tight settings such as construction zones.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering and recovering equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Operating a Class A truck with flatbed or lowboy trailers.
• Managing safe driving in diverse environments.
• Performing minor troubleshooting and repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Base Pay Range: $27.07 - 40.59
