Job summary

GXO Logistics is hiring CDL Drivers for 1st shift (Sat, Sun, Mon) from 5:00am to 5:00pm. Earn $27.25/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and be home daily. Benefits available from day one, and a family-friendly schedule supports work-life balance.

Driver will operate day cabs, inspect equipment, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards while contributing to a reliable supply chain. CDL A with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required or in progress with 6 months of experience.
• Current valid CDL A and a safe driving record.
• Experience moving multiple trailer types (tanks, vans, flatbeds).

Responsibilities

• Drive day cab single/double axel within site or on public roads.
• Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after shift.
• Maneuver tractor/trailer safely throughout facility and designated lanes.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Drive a day cab single/double axel in and around the site or on public roads, moving multiple styles of trailers
• Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after the shift
• Maneuver tractor/trailer safely throughout the facility within the designated lanes and areas
• Maintain housekeeping within assigned tractor/trailer and defined areas
• Inspect trailers to be moved to verify condition
• Work safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) class A experience
• A current valid CDL class A and safe driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
