Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a CDL A or B Driver to deliver products to customer sites and support warehouse operations. This role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and accurate paperwork, with opportunities for growth in a stable, nationwide distributor known for a Great Place to Work certification.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience, a valid CDL with appropriate endorsements, and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL-A or CDL-B license with relevant endorsements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; other warehouse certifications a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites.
• Unload shipments using truck-mounted forklift if required.
• Comply with DOT regulations and maintain safety.
• Ensure manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• Assist warehouse staff with order pulling as needed.

A_ CDL Driver _at White Cap…

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.
• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding)
• Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Spanish language proficiency
