White Cap Management LLC in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a CDL A or B Driver to deliver products to customer jobsites and support warehouse tasks. The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and accurate paperwork as you serve construction projects across North America.

Ideal candidates possess a CDL, endorsements, and at least one year of driving experience. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus, and forklift certification is preferred for loading/unloading duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of CDL driving experience.
• Valid state CDL with required endorsements for equipment.
• Ability to follow DOT regulations and maintain safety.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift to unload shipments.
• Follows DOT regulations and maintains safety.
• Ensures manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders.

A CDL Driver at White Cap...

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.


• May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.


• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.


• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.


• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.


• Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.


• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding)


• Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred


• Forklift certification preferred


• Spanish language proficiency
