Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Driver CDL in West Columbia, SC to safely deliver snacks to stores and warehouses. Route expectations include overnight hours, 40–45 per week, with 100% driving and interstate routes.

You will perform safety checks on equipment, complete receipts/logs, and follow dispatch instructions. The role requires CDL-A, REAL ID or passport, and FMCSA requirements; benefits include health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).
• Must successfully pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations; local, state, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of equipment.
• Complete daily field service activities, including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Completes daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.

• Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

JobSpecificRequirements:

All applicants must meet all requirementsset forth inthe Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's Final Ruleregardingthe issuance and renewal of Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDLs).

• Must have a CDL-Class Alicenseandhaveat least one year of proven safe driving experience.(Adjusted to the license requested to the role)

• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.

• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).(Adjustedif notrequired)

• You must successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check.

What You'll Need as a Driver CDL:

• Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to keycustomers. (Add key customers based on CSL site summary document)

• Minimum ofone year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.DOTrequirementtocheckthelast10years.

• Familiarity with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.

• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.

• Proficiencyin using a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.

• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
