Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Driver CDL in Clarksville, IN to deliver snacks to stores and warehouses with a strong focus on safety and on-time performance. The role requires a CDL-Class A license, at least two years of safe driving, and the ability to pass drug tests, MVR, and background checks.

Real ID or federal ID is required for access to certain facilities, with shifts that may extend 10–12 hours, 40 hours weekly, from 10 pm to 2 am.

Qualifications

• CDL-Class A license with at least two years of proven safe driving.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license or U.S. passport or federal ID is required to access military facilities.
• Familiarity with DOT/OSHA regulations and DOT requirements.
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).
• Must pass drug test, MVR and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack).
• Complete daily field service activities, including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

Responsibilities and duties:

JobSpecificRequirements:

What You’ll Need as a Driver CDL:

• Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers.
• Minimum ofone year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.DOTrequirementtocheckthelast10years.
• Familiarity with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
• Proficiencyin using a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $29 per hour
