Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is hiring immediately for a CDL A or B Driver in Austin, TX. You will coordinate deliveries to customer jobsites, adhere to DOT regulations, and help with warehouse tasks as needed.

The role offers consistent shifts Monday–Friday with strong benefits and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of CDL driving experience, a valid state CDL, and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience and a valid state license.
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Endorsements for hazardous materials may be required
• Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites.
• May unload shipments using a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback).
• Follow DOT regulations in vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Ensure manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Performs other duties as needed

A CDL Driver at White Cap...

Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.

May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.

Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.

Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.

May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.

Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.

Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding)
• Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Spanish language proficiency
• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Performs other duties as needed.
