Job summary

White Cap in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a CDL A or B Driver to coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites while upholding DOT regulations and safety standards.

You may use a truck-mounted forklift to unload shipments, ensure manifests and paperwork are accurate, and assist warehouse staff when needed. A valid CDL and at least one year of driving experience are required; forklift certification is a plus, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL with endorsements appropriate for equipment operated.
• Minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites.
• May unload shipments using truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback).
• Follow DOT regulations and maintain safety.
• Ensure manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders.
• Perform other duties as needed.

A_ CDL Driver_ at White Cap

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.
• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding)
• Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Spanish language proficiency
