Job summary

The Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Driver Bell Attendant at $18 per hour on a full-time basis. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and transport guests safely around the property, ensuring a serene Miraval atmosphere.

SUMMARY

As the first and final touchpoint of the Miraval experience, the Driver/Bell Attendant creates a seamless, serene journey for each guest. With grace and attentiveness, they welcome arrivals, guide departures, and ensure every transition is infused with care, safety, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, assist with doors, luggage, and escort to registration
• Provide thoughtful property orientations and share insights about Miraval and the surrounding area
• Safely transport guests to and from the airport, local destinations, and around the resort via vehicle or golf cart
• Perform valet services and manage traffic flow at the entrance
• Deliver luggage, packages, amenities, and messages with precision and care
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles, golf carts, and arrival/departure areas
• Monitor flight schedules and coordinate timely pickups and drop-offs
• Ensure music and atmosphere in vehicles reflect Miraval’s tranquil environment
• Communicate guest feedback and collaborate with transportation team to adapt to changes
• Uphold safety protocols and report maintenance needs promptly
• Participate in Miraval programming when possible and assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean record (past 36 months)
• Ability to drive large commercial vehicles safely
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer literacy

Professional, calm, and guest-focused demeanor

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to the elements
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting preferred
