DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a CDL Shuttle Driver (B shift, M-F 2PM–10:30PM). You will operate a semi-trailer between the plant and warehouse, following safety and quality procedures, and communicating with operations and warehouse personnel.
A Class A CDL with Hazmat, DOT medical card, and at least two years’ tractor-trailer experience are required. You’ll inspect equipment daily, maintain records, and comply with company policies while supporting warehouse

Under the direction of the shift supervisor and/or the shift team leader, the CDL Shuttle Driver will be responsible for operating a semi‑tractor trailer vehicle for the loading and delivery of products to/from the plant to the warehouse in a manner consistent with all safety, quality, and operational work instructions.
Responsible for safelyoperatingthe shuttle vehicle on each trip. Must follow all applicable laws and company policy.
Responsible for accounting for records involving trailer numbers and position of vehicles.
Must function and interacton a daily basiswith warehouse supervisors andcomply withwarehouse safety requirements.
Must communicate using cellular telephone or 2‑way radio with operations, and warehouse personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
Must maneuver trucks into loading and unloading position, following signal fromloadingcrew as needed. Also place safety wheel chocks in front of wheel/tire to prevent the trailer from rolling. If pup trailer movement isinvolved;extra care must be taken on the placement of the trailer jack stand (when at dock, jack stand must be on the ground and in a locked position). If there is not a jack stand installed on thetrailerthe customer must be notified.
Proper use of Airline/Electrical hookup/and Backing procedure isa must.
Follow all company policies, guidelines, and quality procedures.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment.

Must have a Class A CDL w/Hazmat endorsement
Must meet DOT physical requirements andmaintainvalid medical certificate
Must pass road and backing test during onboarding
Satisfactory completion ofClass A CDL:Combination of vehicles with a GVWR of26,001 lbs. or more provided the GVWR of the vehicle(s) towed isinexcess of10,000 lbs.
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $30.50 – $30.50 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
