Wealth Recruitment, LLC seeks Vehicle Operators in San Diego to drive autonomous vehicles, participate in software/hardware tests, and assist in real-world self-driving projects. You will train during the first weeks and engage with multiple teams to push forward autonomous technology. A clean driving record and CPUC-compliant testing are required.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate Vehicles Safely – Drive autonomously capable vehicles (4-8 hours per day) while ensuring the highest safety standards.
Test & Support – Conduct basic software operations and provide feedback to engineering teams.
Maintenance & Logistics – Perform routine vehicle readiness checks and assist in transportation logistics.

Schedule & Pay Perks:

Shifts:
Day Shift: 5:45 AM–2:15 PM, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, or 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
Night Shift: 1:45 PM–10:15 PM, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM, 3:45 PM–12:15 AM, or 5:45 PM–2:00 AM

Workdays: Wednesday-Sunday | Thursday-Monday | Friday-Tuesday | Saturday-Wednesday

Vehicle Operators will complete training on their assigned day or night shift schedule during the first 4–7 weeks of employment.

Please note: Training for overnight positions is conducted during either day or night hours. Training during overnight hours is not available.

Training schedules are as follows and are not flexible:

Day Shift Training: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (Monday–Friday)

Night Shift Training: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM (Monday–Friday)

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Pay Bonuses:

• bonus pay for weekend and night shifts Weekend Day shift added 5% an hour Weekend Night Shift added 10% an hour
