iMedical is a nationwide healthcare supplies provider seeking a Driver Associate (CDL) to safely transport healthcare products across the United States from Lawrenceburg, IN. The role requires maintaining compliance with DOT and company safety standards while delivering exceptional service to customers.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CDL, pass DOT physicals, and meet maintenance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL appropriate for the vehicle operated.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Understanding of federal and state transportation regulations.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism.
• Willingness to go out 3–4 days a week (overnight).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles to transport products to customer locations.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo.
• Maintain logs of driving hours, mileage, inspections, and deliveries.
• Use ELDs and GPS as required.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, customers, and internal teams.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Ensure deliveries are completed professionally and on schedule.
• Represent iMedical with excellent customer service.

Position Overview

The Driver Associate (CDL) plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of healthcare-related products across the United States. This position is responsible for operating commercial motor vehicles while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

What You'll Do

As a Driver Associate, you will:

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles to transport products to designated customer locations.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo to ensure safe transportation. (touch frieight)
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, inspections, and deliveries.
• Utilize Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and GPS systems as required.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and internal team members.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
• Ensure deliveries are completed professionally and on schedule.
• Represent iMedical with exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or preventable accidents within the last three years.
• Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of federal and state transportation regulations.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism.
• Must be okay with going out 3-4 days a week (overnight)

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will stand out:

• Previous long-haul or regional commercial driving experience.
• Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route-planning systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
