Job summary

FusionSite Services in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is hiring Driver Assistants to support our drivers in delivering and servicing portable sanitation units.

You will help with cleaning, restocking, and minor repairs on units, while following safety policies. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Good communication with team members.
• Experience with portable sanitation units or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup portable toilets and related equipment at sites.
• Service units by cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Weekend and evening shifts may be required.
• Collaborate with Drivers as a team.
