Sarabia's is expanding its team and hiring Driver Assistants to work on portable sanitation units across assigned routes near El Paso, TX. No license required, just reliability, teamwork, and strong work ethic. You will pair with a Driver to deliver, service, and maintain units, ensuring clean, safe experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include delivering and picking up equipment, cleaning and restocking, basic repairs, and following safety policies. Weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Join the Growing Team at Sarabia's -Now Hiring Driver Assistants!

Sarabia's is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Driver Assistants (No license required!!)

In this essential role, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining portable sanitation units and related equipment across assigned routes. This includes cleaning and restocking port-a-potties, handwash stations, and hand sanitizer units to ensure every customer has a clean, safe experience.

You will be paired up with one of our friendly Drivers to complete the job as a team.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver and pick up portable toilets, handwash stations, and related equipment at job sites, events, and customer locations

• Service units by emptying, flushing, cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing them according to company standards

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units and equipment as needed

• Follow all safety protocols, and company policies

• Weekend and evening work may occasionally be required

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work as a team

• Good communication skills to interact with team members

• Experience with or willingness to learn how to operate and maintain portable sanitation units

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 75-100 pounds

• Able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as needed to access units

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Able to stay alert and focused while driving for long periods

• Willing and able to work around strong odors and waste
