Job summary

Purple Crow is looking for a Driver Assistant to ride with CDL drivers and help unload freight at customer locations. This full-time role requires early starts, physical fitness, and the ability to handle pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Starting pay is $17 to $18 per hour with overtime. Benefits include 401(k) retirement, free health and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to start at 5:30 AM and work until completed.
• Experience with pallet jacks or loading freight is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ride daily with a CDL driver.
• Unload products at each stop using an electric pallet jack or hand truck.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional way.
• Represent our company with pride and a strong work ethic.
