Job summary

Circuit seeks a Driver Ambassador to operate our electric shuttles and serve as a friendly city ambassador. You’ll drive safely, greet passengers, share local insights, and ensure an enjoyable ride within our mapped service area.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with technology, able to work nights and weekends, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Join a dynamic team and help move people around the city safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience
• Passion for customer service and showcasing the community
• Ability to use GPS and smartphone apps
• Chauffeur’s license or experience driving commercially is a plus
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Comfortable in different weather conditions
• Capable of standing, sitting, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide a valuable service to the community by helping locals and visitors reach their destinations safely
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers and ensuring a great ride
• Deliver safe, efficient and fun rides with excellent customer service
• Drive electric shuttles (GEMS, sedans, vans) within the mapped service area
• Perform pre- and post-vehicle inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety

As a Driver Ambassador, you’ll be behind the wheel of our super cool electric shuttles, cruising around the city in our mapped out service area. • Provide a valuable service around the community while making sure locals and tourists get to where they need to go safely.
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers with a smile and making their ride awesome.
• Assure safe, efficient and fun rides to the general public while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Drive a variety of electric vehicles including GEMS, Sedans and Vans (some vehicles with or without power steering).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness by doing pre and post vehicle inspections.

Requirements

What Do You Need to Bring?

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required
• A passion for customer service and excited about showcasing the community
• The ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications
• A chauffeur’s license or experience driving commercially is a plus
• The ability to work nights and weekends
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including working during summer months
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Must abides by vehicle weight and height requirements as per vehicle manufacturer specifications

• Hourly base rate of $17.00 per hour (Employees working eligible overnight shifts will receive an additional $3.00 per hour overnight shift differential, for a total rate of $20.00 per hour during those shifts.)

• Monday- Friday (5:15 AM-1:30 PM), (1:15 PM-9:30PM), (3:15PM-11:30PM), F(1:45PM-8PM)
• Saturday/Sunday (6:45AM-3PM), (7:45AM-3PM), (2:45PM-11PM), (3:45PM-12AM)
