Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver ensures friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team. The Delivery Driver provides exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean driving record; safety is a priority and driving must comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues; communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas, including the vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Dress for success by following uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner.
• Operate cash register or point-of-sale devices as needed and use value-added suggestive selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and learn team effectiveness skills.
