Overview

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in friendly, personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team. The Delivery Driver provides exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

All applicants should note that tips are paid daily for drivers.

Responsibilities

• A clean driving record. Safety is our priority for you and our customers. Arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues. Communicates in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas to include the car.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Dress for success. Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner.
• Operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed, and use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Learn team effectiveness skills; work with others to achieve team goals.
