Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have 3 years of driving history in the US.
• Clean driving record (no more than two moving violations or accidents in 3 years).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check with no felonies.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Have valid vehicle insurance and registration.
• Need a 4‑door, 2006 or newer vehicle.
• Own an iPhone or Android smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own vehicle to transport passengers to healthcare appointments in Wisconsin.
• Open the Veyo Driver App, accept trip requests, pick up and drop off passengers.
