Harmony House Care Center in Iowa is seeking a Driver to join a friendly, caring team in a full-time, Monday–Friday role. You will transport residents to appointments, activities and events, ensuring safety and comfort in a clean vehicle, while meeting state licensing requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and an unencumbered driver's license, plus state-approved Class D or Class C licenses.

Formación

• Unencumbered driver's license as required by Iowa state law.
• Must have Class D Chauffeur or Class C Commercial License per state law.

Responsabilidades

• Transport residents to and from appointments outside the facility.
• Transport residents to activities and functions within the community.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe vehicle environment.
• Ensure residents' comfort and safety during transportation.

As a Driver you will assist our residents in receiving the specialized care they need. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony House Care Center by transporting them to and from appointments outside of the facility, transporting residents to and from activities and functions, and ensuring a clean, sanitized and safe environment in the facility vehicle. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, unencumbered Drivers License or other motor vehicle operator license as required by the State of Iowa. All drivers are required by state law to have a Class D Chauffeur License or a Class C Commercial License. Prior Driver experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
