Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Associate

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, 32257

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $20-25/hour depending on experience

Job Description: The Driver / Warehouse Associate delivers products to local business customers and supports day-to-day warehouse operations. This role combines safe operation of company vehicles with hands‑on work in shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory control to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Make timely and accurate local deliveries to customers, including deliveries to military bases and government sites.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks, in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Comply with all security and access requirements at customer locations, including military and government facilities.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery location, representing the company in a positive manner.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring products are handled with care.
  • Perform general warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and inventory control.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse to support efficient operations and product accessibility.
  • Verify orders and shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet delivery and warehouse deadlines.
Essential Skills
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and follow all safety procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers at client sites.
  • Ability to perform general warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and inventory control.
  • Capability to load and unload materials and handle physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility for deliveries and inventory.
  • Clear communication skills to coordinate with customers and warehouse team members.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience making deliveries to business customers is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with deliveries to secure locations such as military bases or government sites is helpful.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management.
  • Positive, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills when working with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt between driving and warehouse tasks based on daily operational needs.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse and on the road, combining driving and hands‑on physical work. The environment is active and may involve lifting, moving, and organizing products. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
