Job summary

Jing Hau in the United States is hiring a responsible Driver to transport goods and/or passengers safely and efficiently. You will load/unload items, plan routes, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing basic maintenance checks.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 2+ years of driving experience, and strong English communication. Flexible hours and accommodation are provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Driver.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Able to lift heavy objects and operate vehicle equipment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good communication skills in English; ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and/or passengers to their designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Plan routes based on time efficiency and traffic conditions.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety of self, others and the cargo/passengers being transported.
• Load/unload items onto/off the vehicle using proper handling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its safe operation.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients/supervisors regarding any changes or delays in delivery schedules.
