Job description

Seeking dependable individual who is trustworthy, responsible and hard-working to pick up charity donations throughout the TwinCities area and the surrounding suburbs.

The normal work week is Monday through Friday. Noovernights.

All drivers receive competitive pay. Drivers earn $20 per hour, plus a cart bonus based on the amount of donations picked up. Some overtime may be required. Drivers earn $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

The normal work week is Monday through Friday. Route drivers typically start at 7 AM each day and work until their assigned route responsibilities are completed.

Route drivers will primarily drive a 16-foot box truck and must be able to adhere to strict safety and traffic guidelines. Individuals must have a clean abstract with no more than two moving violations in the past 36 months. No CDL required.

Must be able to pass DOT physical and pick up 75 pounds without assistance.
