Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a distribution center driver to unload and reload merchandise, drive HUB routes, and deliver products to stores.

You will pack and ship items as needed, scan logs, and help reconcile data errors while maintaining HUB security and safety standards. The role requires a clean driving record, a valid non-CDL license, and the ability to pass the company road test and a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 26 ft box truck – under 26,000 lbs.
• Able to pass a Company Road test.
• Able to pass a DOT physical, including drug screen.
• Good driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in 24 months or 3 in 36 months.
• No DUI/DWI or license suspension in the last 10 years.
• No more than 1 preventable (DOT recordable) accident in the past 12 months.
• Familiar with the HUB distribution center area and surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Report injuries promptly to management.
• Support corporate mission and work with stores, customers, and vendors.
• Work collegially in teams.

• Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle on HUB routes and deliver merchandise to stores
• Pack and ship merchandise as required
• Scan driver’s logs and manifests into and out of the HUB
• Assist in the reconciliation of data entry errors, transfer discrepancies and pending transfers
• Ensure security of all HUB equipment and tools
• Perform driving function within the parameters set forth by the Transportation Safety Department
• Ensure that work areas are clean
• Report all injuries to up‑line management in a timely manner
• Actively support corporate mission statement
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with stores, customers, and vendors
• Work collegially in teams

• Able to pass a Company Road test
• Able to pass a DOT physical, including drug screen

• No more than 1 preventable (DOT recordable) accident in the past 12 months
• Familiar with the surrounding market and neighboring cities/surroundings
• Ability to work in all areas of the HUB's distribution center and perform any necessary job duties as assigned
