AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a part-time Weekend Courier to support the transport of specimens, medical supplies and documents. Shifts are 8 hours Saturday and Sunday, 10:30am–7:00pm, reporting to the Orlando site at 2501 N. Orange Ave.
The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, logging deliveries with a scanner, coordinating with dispatch for urgent requests, and maintaining delivery records.

Schedule: This is for a P/T Weekend only position, working 8hr shifts both Saturday & Sunday 10:30am-7pm
Location: They will be reporting to our site at 2501 N. Orange Ave, Suite 50, Orlando, FL 32804
Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures during transportation. Communicates effectively with relevant departments to coordinate transportation needs. Operates transportation vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and organizational policies. Maintains cleanliness and proper functioning of transportation vehicles. Reports any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly. Other duties as assigned. Utilizes tracking systems and devices to monitor the status of transported items. Follows proper procedures for the transport of hazardous materials. Provides excellent customer service during interactions with staff and clients. Completes required training and certifications for safe transportation practices. Transports biological specimens, medical supplies, equipment, reports, patient care records, pharmacy preparations, and related paperwork according to defined schedules or urgent requests. Leverages technology to communicate with internal dispatch command center Ensures the security and proper handling of all transported items. Maintains accurate and timely delivery records for all transported items.
